I’ve said this before: my PR highlight of the year is PRSA Counselors Academy conference, which features some of the smartest agency leaders you’ll ever meet.
In fact, it means so much to me that I’m chairing the 2012 event in New Orleans, May 6 to 8, 2012. We have an amazing and talented committee of volunteers putting it all together, including my co-chair, Dana Hughens and the folks at PRSA. (more…)

A few weeks ago, Jay Baer wrote a post recommending some of the social media conferences he’s speaking at during the fall – and it’s a great list (including the PRSA conference Inside PR is attending).
Mark Skeffington, a former social media student of mine, asked if there was a similar list for Canada.

Last week, I started teaching my my third social media class at McMaster University. I’d recently been spending time getting ready for it (my excuse for not blogging?), finalizing course materials, assignments and the opening lecture.
