I’ve finally made the leap (into the void?) and have posted to Twitter – twice tonight.
I’m still trying to get my head around the notion of 140 characters. It’s not a lot of words, that’s for sure. For anyone who’s interested, here’s what it looks like:

Thanks Joel. I have to say, 140 characters is a bit of a challenge. But I’ve always subscribed to the notion that brevity is the soul of wit. So now I get to (hopefully) put it into practice. (But not with this comment.)
Congratulations! Before long you’ll be using is.gd (like tinyurl.com but shorter) to make shorter URLs when you bump into the 140-character limit. Next up: 12 Seconds, the video equivalent of Twitter!
